Judy Mason was born and raised in Bishop, CA.  She graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane with a BA in Business Management and BA in Accounting.  She has lived in Alturas 25+ years, being a volunteer for American Red Cross since 2016 and is currently the Recovery Regional Program Lead for California Gold Country Region.  She has been volunteering this year with Modoc Fire Safe Council and is presently on the board as Treasurer.
