The Modoc Fire Safe Council (MFSC) is calling on property owners, residents, and local agencies to join in updating the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for Modoc County. The CWPP is a critical tool for identifying wildfire risks, setting priorities for fuels reduction, and preparing neighborhoods for effective wildfire response. By contributing to this collaborative plan, residents and stakeholders help shape a safer, more fire-resilient future for our community. MFSC will be holding a series of public meetings this month (November) throughout the County.
